Deadline to register is Friday, January 26, 2018. Space is limited, so register early. Payment must be received by date of training. Selecting the ‘bill me later’ option upon registering is a confirmation of training attendance and payment.
Cancellation/No Show Policy:
Cancellations must be made by calling (614) 586-7946 or emailing email@example.com.
Cancellations made prior to the registration deadline will be given a full refund.
Cancellations made after the registration deadline will be given a refund less a $15 processing fee.
Cancellations made day of training or no-shows are responsible for full payment.
Jody Hurt, Ph.D., Clinical Director CompDrug
Dr. Hurt is a Psychologist and the Clinical Director at CompDrug, a position he has held since 1993. He holds Fellow status in the American College of Forensic Examiners and has recognized forensic specialties in the areas of general psychology, substance abuse psychology, psychological assessments, evaluation and testing. He received his doctorate from The Ohio State University in 1988 and became a licensed psychologist in the State of Ohio in 1989. Dr. Hurt directs the development and implementation of all clinical treatment programs at CompDrug. He has shared his expertise over the years as a conference presenter focusing on topics of substance abuse and treatment, co-occurring disorders, psychological assessment and testing, dissociative disorders, developmental trauma disorder, complex trauma syndrome and PTSD.
Carole Harvey, Ph.D., LISW-S Director of Compliance and Accreditation CompDrug
Carole is the Director of Compliance and Accreditation at CompDrug. She also serves as a Community Instructor for The Ohio State University, College of Social Work and as a surveyor and consultant for the Commission on the Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF). Prior to her position at CompDrug, she served as the Chief Clinical Officer for Amethyst, Inc. and as Program Director for a 140 -bed correctional-based therapeutic community for non-violent, male & female, felony offenders. Bringing nearly 37 years of experience working with groups of clients, patients, staff, and community partners, Dr. Harvey is anxious to facilitate a dialogue about effective groups.
